Thank you for shopping at Esfolar website. This page forms the Terms and Conditions in accordance with which we supply products listed on our website (www.esfolar.com.my). Please spare some times to read these Terms and Conditions before proceed with ordering any products from the site. By ordering of our product, you are deemed to agree to be bounded by these terms and conditions.
You may place an order with us by completing and submitting the order from on Esfolar site. The customers are responsible in ensuring the accuracy of all the details submitted for all orders. We reserve the right to accept or decline all orders received from or through the site in our sole discretion. Upon acceptance of your order, a confirmation email will be send over to your registered email address.
If we are unable to process your order, we will inform you on this as this might due to products are currently out of stock or error in pricing or we are unable to meet the delivery deadline.
To place an order with Esfolar, the one must be over eighteen (18) years old. If you are under eighteen (18), you may place an order with Esfolar with involvement of a parent or guardian.
Price and Payment
As much as possible we are trying to ensure all the details, descriptions and prices appear on our e-store are accurate, however they may be chances that errors may occur upon uploading. If we discover an error on the prices display which you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and providing you option of reconfirming your order at correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.
Shipping and Delivery
As of now, all the shipping can be only within street addresses in Malaysia and all online purchases are to be shipped via GDex Courier services. We provide free shipping with purchase of RM300 for West Malaysia and RM500 for East Malaysia except for best buy items or promotional items.
We strive to deliver your orders in shortest time possible. All the orders are in process as soon as the transaction is complete. All the order will be dispatch out in 1-3 working days to courier service provider once transaction completed and shipping by courier service would take about 3-7 working days to ship out the products to buyer.
*Any failed delivery due to incorrect information or no recipients, additional charges for reshipping will be imposed to the buyers.
* Kindly note that the delivery period is estimation and we are not able to guarantee the date of arrival which sometimes may be disrupted due to delivery issues at the courier company.
For your order tracking, please log into your user account to check on the tracking number via courier service provider and you will be able to see the status of your order delivery. If you have not seen a shipping status after receiving a confirmation email, please contact our Customer Service at 03- 62809336 for further assistance.
Sale / Promotional Periods
During peak sale/ promotion period there might be some delay in fulfilling the delivery due to heavy surges in online orders. You are advised to place your order 2 weeks in advance during seasonal period like Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali, and Christmas to avoid delay in shipping process.
Return and Exchange policy
If you have received damage products or wrong products had being sent to you by mistake. We allow you to return your purchases within 14 days from the invoice date. The products must be in their original packaging with price tag intact.
However, we do not accept return or exchanges due to the reasons below:-
- Any sale merchandise or purchase with use of a promotional code
- Change of mind

We reserve all the right to inspect the conditions of the items before processing with any return and exchange. Buyer shall bear the shipping and handling cost of returning any reject. Please contact our customer service at 03-62809339 to initiate the return.
