Return & Refunds

If you have received damage products or wrong products had being sent to you by mistake. We allow you to return your purchases within 14 days from the invoice date. Items must be return in original condition with tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). All returns can only be accepted with the above mentioned criteria. We reserve all the right to inspect the conditions of the items before processing with any return and exchange. All return parcel postage fee are to be fully bear by customer (including return postage).

All best buy, discounted items, promotional items, accessories cannot be exchanged, refund and return after purchase had been made.

However, we do not accept return or exchanges due to the reasons below:

  1. Any sale merchandise or purchase with use of a promotional code
  2. Change of mind
