- You will be receiving a confirmation email sent to your registered email as soon as payment is successful done.
- We provide shipping to West and East Malaysia and the shipping are to be borne by customer. We provide free shipping with purchase of RM300 storewide for West Malaysia and RM500 for East Malaysia. We will ship out the item within 1- 3 working days and it would take approx 3- 7 working days for our courier partner to send out your items
- You can also option for Self pick-up at any of our outlets.

Upon the unsuccessful delivery attempt, the parcel will be returned to us and we will be charging for the return fees incurred for us to dispatch your order again.
- All returns must be send over back to us to our outlet or warehouse within 14 working days
- For all the return, we will be refund with cash but exchange with product or store credit and you may use it to repurchase on your preferred items
- All best buy, discounted items, promotional items, accessories cannot be exchanged, refund and return after purchase had been made.
- Items must be return in original condition with tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). All returns can only be accepted with the above mentioned criteria. We reserve all the right to inspect the conditions of the items before processing with any return and exchange. All return parcel postage fee are to be fully bear by customer (including return postage)
